Share settings without sharing credentials

Project settings can be exported and imported without credentials, and the CLI, TUI and hub now read one settings store. Live terminal dialogs can be answered from the web.

Export team-safe project settings and import them elsewhere, from Settings or with trau config export and trau config import
Answer a live terminal dialog from the run page with a key bar for Enter, Esc, arrows, yes/no and number choices
Export a support bundle with trau dump or from the Runs pages
An available update stays visible at the top of every hub page until it is installed
