- Run history, repos and issues live in a durable local database behind the hub
- Inbox interviews turn raw ideas into ready tickets
- One Loop queue replaces the separate backlog and queue screens, with Run next, reorder and skip
- A run ledger groups every run into needs attention, active, stopped and merged
- An internal issue store runs tickets on repos with no external tracker

- The PRD planning module and the separate Run once and Queue screens give way to the Inbox and Loop
