Fewer false alarms on long builds
Long build phases and strict git hooks no longer trip false alarms.
Fixed
- The default agent timeout rises to an hour, so large build phases no longer look stuck
- A rejected pre-push hook sends the run to repair instead of faulting the session
- Multi-line errors no longer break the activity feed layout
