Direct Jira integration, no MCP required

Trau talks to Jira directly, so reading and updating tickets no longer needs an MCP server.

  • A direct Jira integration reads issues, picks the next ticket and lists sub-issues and projects
  • Trau writes labels, comments, bug reports and status transitions to Jira directly
  • Jira calls retry on transient failures and fall back to MCP when no token is configured
  • Activity-feed agent rows show the model and elapsed time
