Shared Interviews for hosted collaborators

Hosted collaborators use personal accounts, review the Backlog, and continue shared Interviews. This major release removes the Interview drawing board.

Hosted collaborators read the Backlog and return to earlier Interviews
Hosted Interviews show when repository files were last checked and offer a choice to continue with older files
New API starters and local WordPress sites expand project creation
